Shipping & Returns
We strive to deliver stocked items within 1–3 working days after receiving payment.
All orders are shipped via DHL or Speedex. Deliveries to remote locations are handled by Speedex.
Shipping within Europe
For orders within the European Union weighing up to 10 kg, a flat shipping rate of €15 applies.
All orders within the EU are shipped via DHL, with an estimated delivery time of 5–7 working days. Certain destinations may take longer.
Shipping within the United States
For orders within the United States weighing up to 10 kg, a flat shipping rate of €30 applies.
All orders are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide, with an estimated delivery time of 4–6 working days. Certain destinations may take longer.
Please note that the recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes. We are unable to ship Grapat and Grimm's products due to geofencing restrictions.
Rest of the World
For orders outside Europe, please contact us via email so we can calculate the shipping cost for you. Orders outside Europe are shipped via DHL Express Worldwide or ELTA (the National Postal Service). Depending on your location, your order may be subject to taxes and customs fees. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and taxes.

Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of delivery. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@tinytoyshop.gr and include your order and payment confirmations.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item was received in a faulty condition.
